MADE is the national Cluster for Advanced Manufacturing with over 220 members. MADE aims at being a one stop shop for Advanced Manufacturing working with Applied Research, Innovation and Education and by having a strong network throughout the country. The vision is to enable world class manufacturing in Denmark through the development and implementation of innovative manufacturing solutions.

Speakers:
Søren Peter has state-of-the-art knowledge on the use of robotics and knowledge about the barriers for implementing robots in the industry. This is based on countless visits to production companies complemented with 25 years hands-on experience in concept-design, development, management and implementations of robotics- and automation-solutions world-wide, which have given him experience with several brands of robots, vision-systems, sensors, plc's, mechanics …. The last ten years he has been active in several research and innovation-projects on a national and European level.
Before joining Odense Robotics in 2019 Mette has held positions in both public and private organisations e.g. Cluster Manager at Service Cluster Denmark, Team Manager at The Danish Technological Institute, People & Innovation Manager at Arkitema Architects and Head of Division at The Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs. Mette Abrahamsen has 20 years of experience working with a strong focus on cluster development, fundraising and innovation management.
Merete Nørby is responsible for the international activities at MADE – Manufacturing Academy of Denmark, presently involved in the EU projects, C-Voucher and ADMA and with recent experience from Impact Growth, I4MS, RobotUnion and DIHELP. Merete undertakes the representation in EFFRA, MADE as a DIH, as a DIHNET ambassador and board member of EIT Manufacturing North. MADE is the one-stop-shop for linking up to the Danish Manufacturing community, and Merete is the person assisting you to make that happen.
Björn Snorri Gudmundsson Bøg is special advisor with Invest in Denmark and sector expert for manufacturing and logistics and is guiding foreign companies looking to set up production or logistics operations in Denmark. Björn can guide on how to set up a company in Denmark as well as give advice on general and production related business conditions. Furthermore, Björn is well-connected in the Danish eco-system for production and is able to connect you to potential partners, research communities, public authorities and other companies.
Joachim Ejstrup Bjørkmann is Invest In Denmark’s representative for Technology and Production based at the Royal Danish Embassy in London. Coming from a background in the City having worked previously for Goldman Sachs, Joachim now works with facilitating foreign direct investment into the Danish eco-system and driving job growth. He is passionate about the future and the development of technologies that will drive society forward and believes that Advanced Sustainable Manufacturing plays a very significant role in this.
